We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our design team. This role will involve preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services in commercial office spaces.

About the Role
  • Develop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience with Revit MEP in commercial office projects, proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, as well as strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop accurate MEP layout drawings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  • Support tendering and vendor alignment processes with technical documentation.
  • Conduct site visits for design validation and MEP inspections if required.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building services codes and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
