Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Sourcing is a critical function within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to lead complex sourcing projects, translate business requirements into clear statements of work, manage bids, negotiate with suppliers, and onboard new vendors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain excellence and a knack for project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in direct categories such as raw materials, food ingredients, nutrients, chemicals, or packaging;
  • strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • a highly analytical mindset, capable of developing baselines, conducting market analysis, and presenting findings in a concise and effective manner;
  • demonstrated success in leading and executing complex negotiations;
  • ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously, assess new purchase requirements, and manage spend and risk;
