Senior People and Culture Business Partner

This is a critical role within the organization, overseeing key HR processes to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
- Deliver smooth execution of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits planning/administration, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee core HR functions such as talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives through effective people management.
- Support audits by preparing and maintaining required documentation and records.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Plan, organize, and lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee experience.
- Drive employee recognition programs and administer incentives to boost motivation and morale.
Internal Communication & Culture
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and enhance internal awareness.
- Collaborate with leaders to promote company values and culture.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain and publish HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Provide leadership support and guidance to team members as they deliver timely and efficient services to the business.
