Job Summary:
The Taxation and Compliance Specialist will oversee GST, TDS, and statutory compliance across the group. This role involves managing filings and audits, coordinating with auditors, responding to summons, and advising on taxation and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate GST and indirect tax filings.
- TDS computation, deduction, and payment in line with applicable laws.
- Audits, assessments, and statutory responses coordination.
- Advisory services for management on tax risks, compliance, and process improvements.
- Review and support other areas of accounts including payables and finance.
- Reconciliations and documentation audit-ready at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance; CA/CS/CMA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in taxation & compliance (manufacturing background a plus).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS provisions, and statutory filings.
- Proficiency with Tally, ERP systems, and Excel.
- Analytical mindset with leadership skills and attention to detail.
