The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-4 years of experience in Indirect Taxation, preferably in the industry. They should be able to work with senior people, possess good interpersonal skills, excellent job knowledge and analytical skills, and be proactive in nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling information and preparation of Sales Tax Returns
- Tax Audit, VAT compliance, preparation and review of GST returns and Form 15CA/ CB
- Preparation of submissions and representation before tax authorities with respect to assessment, appeals and GST proceedings across various levels
- Analyse value added tax implications on issues related to day to day transactions and impact of changes in the Indirect Tax laws over the business of the company including implementation of the same
- Maintain detailed MIS of indirect tax matters
- Preparation of tax provision, deferred tax and contingent liability schedule
Requirements:
- Experience in Indirect Taxation, VAT and GST
- Good interpersonal skills
