Job Title: Service Coordinator

Role Overview:

This role involves interacting with customers, scheduling service appointments, understanding their concerns, and explaining service requirements. It also requires preparing accurate job cards, communicating repair needs to technicians, and ensuring correct allocation of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction & Service Booking:

    Greet customers, schedule appointments, understand their concerns, explain service requirements.

  • Job Card Preparation & Coordination:

    Prepare job cards, communicate repair needs to technicians, ensure correct job allocation.

  • Advising & Upselling:

    Recommend additional services or preventive maintenance, upsell value-added services and accessories.

  • Workshop Communication:

    Act as a bridge between customer and workshop team, track job progress, keep customers informed.

  • Cost Estimation & Approval:

    Provide accurate repair estimates, obtain customer approval before carrying out additional work.

  • Quality Check & Vehicle Delivery:

    Inspect serviced vehicles, explain work done, costs, and warranty coverage to customers.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, follow up for feedback, maintain long-term relationships.

  • Documentation & Compliance:

    Maintain service records, ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
