Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and growing a portfolio of clients within the IBG 4 segment, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.


Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients within the IBG 4 segment, focusing on those with a turnover of up to ₹100 crore.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staying informed about their business needs and preferences.
  3. Portfolio Performance: Monitor and analyze the portfolio's performance, ensuring alignment with bank lending policies and minimizing risk.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the SME/Business Banking lending segment.
  • Demonstrated sales track record in asset business within SME/Business Banking.
  • Familiarity with competitors and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or commerce, or an MBA/CA qualification.
