Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join our team.

Engagement Details:

  • The successful candidate will be working with an investment management firm supporting the CFO's office of an European private equity client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading project initiatives across financial control areas, including corporate accounting, consolidation based on IFRS and statutory reporting.
  2. Managing the activity dashboard for group activities and ensuring appropriate allocation among team members.
  3. Monitoring requests and allocating ad-hoc activities effectively.
  4. Collating information and communicating status with client teams.
  5. Reviewing reconciliation results and reports, and generating analysis/reports as required.
  6. Improving existing reports and proactively adding value within the team.
  7. Collaborating with other teams on special projects.

Requirements:

  • Post-qualification experience of 3-5 years in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS.
  • Good working knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power point; VBA programming knowledge is advantageous.
  • Exposure to business software applications such as SAP, Business Dynamics, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Taking ownership of tasks and working efficiently to meet SLA requirements.

Education Qualifications:

  • CA qualification required.

Bangalore (onsite) – WFO location available.
