About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Specialist to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of full-time experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in investment banking, is required.
  • Candidates with an MBA (Finance) degree from 2024 or earlier are also eligible.
  • Strong knowledge of investment banking concepts is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work in rotational shifts based on client timings is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement are highly valued.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is crucial.
  • Prior experience in client-facing or high-volume transaction roles is a plus.
