Business Development Executive Job Summary

Pigeon Innovative Solutions LLP is a leading provider of cutting-edge drone services, catering to various industries. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Presentation and demonstration of our drone services to clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and closure of deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
  • Representation of the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the drone industry and related technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Drone services industry experience is a plus.
