About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintaining stock levels, receiving inventory, and controlling costs.
  • Overseeing visual merchandising, window displays, and store layouts to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Fostering strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain management.
Requirements

To be successful as a Store Manager, you will need:

  • Prior experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion setting.
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
