Key Responsibilities of the Flutter Developer Role

Job Summary:

This position involves working on high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, with hands-on experience in building mobile apps.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • App Development: Develop, build, and deploy high-performance mobile applications that meet performance and scalability standards.
  • Customer Training & Instruction: Deliver training sessions to clients in Western countries on Flutter app development best practices.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to achieve project goals and contribute to overall team success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding languages, specifically Flutter or React Native, with hands-on experience in developing mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with online meeting tools like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Work Experience: Relevant work experience in software development, preferably with a focus on mobile application development.
