Mobile Application Lead

We are seeking a seasoned software development professional to lead our mobile application development team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in leading development teams and driving technical projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Existing Systems: Understand the current application, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints.
- Migrate Codebase: Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with modern platforms.
- Design and Solutioning: Contribute to architectural decisions during development and identify migration challenges.
- Mobile UI/UX Development: Design and implement a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Code Quality & Unit Testing: Own the quality and functionality of your components and write unit tests for code reliability.
Requirements:
- C# and Android Development Expertise.
- Multi-Platform App UI Expertise.
- Modern Software Architectures Knowledge.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies.
- Migrating Desktop Applications to Mobile Platforms Experience.
