The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the project management team and their architectural endeavors. This entails effectively managing schedules, coordinating resources, and delivering critical data analysis and reporting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers in planning, tracking, and overseeing architectural projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, consultants, and clients to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Organize and manage project documentation, contracts, and reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Create informative dashboards and reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other sophisticated Excel functions to provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and present findings to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Support forecasting and workload planning by leveraging project data to inform business decisions.
  • Provide administrative assistance with contract management and invoice tracking to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and automation.
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Superb communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry terminology.
  • Experience with financial tracking, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Procore, Deltek, or similar) is beneficial.
