Curriculum Content Specialist

This is a managerial cum support role responsible for the development and management of questions banks, overseeing a large number of subject experts and collaborating with other administrators as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of assessment questions through rigorous review and testing processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive content libraries in English, Hindi, and other languages.
- Manage question bank inventory, maintaining optimal levels of item availability across various domains and subjects.
- Lead subject matter expert teams, defining selection criteria and strategies for content development.
- Monitor and enhance SME performance, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
- Coordinate test development activities with SMEs, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill project needs, including test item and question set delivery.
- Support senior administrators in project delivery and other organizational requirements.
Post-Examination Activities:
- Analyze examination results, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments to content and assessment procedures.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Subject competency in school subjects up to the 12th level, aligned with NCERT syllabi.
- A deep understanding of the Indian education system and relevant curricula.
- Experience in education-related roles, particularly in assessment and evaluation, test design, and question development.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in spoken Hindi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in verbal ability tests in English or Hindi.
