Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Learning Content Developer to create engaging content across various formats and platforms.
  • This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive learning materials to support our initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and reference guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Create multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences.
  • Evaluate all learning content for quality standards and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners.
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies and methodologies.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning content development or instructional design.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate, Vyond etc.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation tools.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities.
