Electronics Test Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Test Development Specialist with expertise in leading the development of test plans, hardware interface boards, and silicon qualification processes for high-voltage and high-precision analog devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design teams to understand design specifications and develop comprehensive test strategies.
  • Design ATE hardware interface boards and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of silicon results, support failure analysis tasks, and conduct statistical analysis of yield fallout.
  • Optimize test time and collaborate with production teams to release products to volume production.
  • Develop and implement advanced test strategies for high-voltage and high-precision devices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
  • Significant experience in ATE on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT), preferably with Eagle experience.
  • Proven track record in characterization test program and hardware development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and Analog test techniques.
  • Advanced data analysis skills using Spotfire, DataPower or an equivalent tool based on STDF.
