Job Summary
The Nexthink System Administrator will be responsible for proactive hardware and software problem-solving on end-user devices. This role will involve analyzing trends, recording the current health status of end-user devices, and identifying where and when issues occur.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive hardware and software problem-solving on end-user devices
- Analysis of trends and recording the current health status of end-user devices
- Identification of where and when issues occur and how many users are impacted
- Analysis of events in a timeline to identify root causes of issues quickly
- Cooperation with various technical teams on root cause analyses and remediation plans
- Resolution of discovered issues
- Documentation of findings and recommendations
- Reporting
- Supporting and troubleshooting Nexthink solution components, such as Appliance, Web Console, and Engine
Requirements
- 15 years of full-time education
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
