Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team as an Interior Design Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative modular designs based on conversations with clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • To drive sales growth through the sales funnel.
  • To lead and manage customer experience during a project.
  • To oversee and ensure quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own an end-to-end project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
  • A relevant diploma or degree.
  • At least one year of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Experience in leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard)
  • Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
  • Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Project expertise in creating BOQs for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
