Role Overview

At a high-growth home interiors and renovation platform, we're seeking an Interior Designer with exceptional creative skills to create innovative modular designs based on client conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Modular designs and maintain familiarity with interior design trends.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and adjust the approach based on feedback.
  • Own Sales funnels and drive sales closure.
  • Lead customer experience during projects.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Successful delivery of residential modular KWS projects (2-4).
  • Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentations, AutoCAD, and expertise in conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
  • Sales expertise in logical and trusted sales pitches, driving design meetings, and creating BOQs for customers.
