Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to the creation of high-quality analytical research reports, policy papers, and articles.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to support research initiatives.
- Oversee projects and discussions, including planning, budget management, and coordination responsibilities.
- Establish a network of industry participants and collaborate with partners and other influential stakeholders to enhance our events and communication efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, including engineering or energy economics.
- PhD in the given domain is an added advantage.
- 13+ years of work experience.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Desirable: Econometric Models, Energy and/or Economic Model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and research software.
- Ability to work/lead as part of a team and independently drive research.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship skills and team ethics.
- Excellent written and verbal (interpersonal and public speaking) communication skills.
- Authored at least 2 scholarly research publications and/or multiple op-eds during the last five years.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and deliver under tight deadlines.
