We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Climate Research Assistant. This is a challenging opportunity for someone passionate about climate action to contribute to our team.

About the Role:

The Climate Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research and gathering information on climate-related topics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and digital skills, as well as a strong understanding of environmental issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research on climate change and related topics;
  2. Develop briefs, notes, and speaker profiles on climate-related subjects;
  3. Support event and webinar coordination, including outreach and promotion;
  4. Design social media content and event materials using Canva and PowerPoint;
  5. Maintain databases and trackers, and assist with member onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recent graduate in Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Management, or related fields;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and digital skills (Canva, MS Office, spreadsheets);
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative approach;
  • Prior research, event, or social impact experience preferred; freshers welcome.
