Job Summary

Senior Executive- Analyst

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive-Analyst to join our team. This is a key role that involves driving strategic decision-making and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Frontend Product Ownership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive frontend roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Drive UI/UX improvements to ensure a seamless and brand-consistent experience across devices.
  • Partner with tech/design teams to deliver fast, responsive, and user-friendly pages.
  1. Content & Creative Strategy
  • Manage and oversee all website content updates - banners, landing pages, product launches, and campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for engagement and conversions.
  • Own the content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  1. Feature Launches & Experimentation
  • Conceptualize and launch new website features to enhance engagement (e.g., improved CLP sorting, dynamic landing pages, interactive modules).
  • Drive personalization initiatives (custom user journeys, product recommendations, homepage variations).
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize layouts, content placements, and new features.
  • Track outcomes of experiments and scale successful initiatives.
  1. Performance Tracking & Insights
  • Monitor website KPIs: load speed, CTR, bounce rate, session time, conversion rate.
  • Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Continuously improve frontend performance and user experience based on data and testing outcomes.
  1. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to align website initiatives with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize frontend features and improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring customer-centric thinking in all website decisions.
