Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure monitoring tools to track system metrics and logs.

  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in infrastructure and application monitoring across diverse environments.
  • Strong command-line skills in both Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL or NRQL for querying and data analysis.
