Are you passionate about optimizing software systems and applications for peak performance? We are seeking a skilled Performance Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive performance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance test plans, strategies, and scripts to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct exploratory testing for new features in Agile environments and execute load, stress, and endurance tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter, etc.

Analysis and Optimization

  • Monitor system performance and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for optimization.

Tooling and Frameworks

  • Build and maintain performance testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize performance monitoring tools and develop custom scripts for automation.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Serve as a performance advisor within Agile teams, providing expert guidance and support.
