Job Title: MongoDB Database Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Database Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our database management group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient database architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive database efficiency and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ensure security protocols and data protection measures are in place.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on MongoDB administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in backup, recovery, and replication strategies.
  • Familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broader exposure to NoSQL and relational database systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based database deployments.
  • Knowledge of DevOps automation for database administration.
