We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Travel Supply Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring product quality, and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Development:
  • Build strong partnerships with travel suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and ground service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
  • Contract Management:
  • Handle the contracting process for new suppliers and renewals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings and improved service offerings.
  • Inventory Optimization:
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring available products meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between supplier offerings and customer requirements.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure suppliers meet industry standards for service and product quality.
  • Address and resolve quality issues promptly, coordinating with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, transactions, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on supplier performance, contract compliance, and cost analysis to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supplier management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience in the Travel Industry in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2-3 destination knowledge including supplier connections.
  • Ability to speak minimum 2 languages.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
