Transform business excellence with our quality assurance initiative. We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive continuous improvement across all units and locations.

About the Role

As an Agm Quality Conformance Continuous Improvement specialist, you will be responsible for establishing standards for business excellence audit systems. You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving a data-based problem-solving and decision-making culture.

  • Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Build and support various teams on quality improvement processes.
  • Assist in preparing quality manuals, supplier manuals, departmental procedures, and work instructions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, analyzing metrics and trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field, with 15+ years of experience. You should have working knowledge of Power BI and other data analysis tools, as well as experience with quality tools such as GD, T, QC, VDA 6, 3, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP.

Training and Development
