Job Role: AI Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to develop innovative software solutions that enhance creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build AI-enabled products leveraging large language models (LLMs) and recent foundation model developments. Evaluate and integrate emerging techniques into production systems.
  • Develop high-performance search and retrieval systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for agent, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM performance using a polyglot approach with open-source models.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering; experience with Ray is a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
