We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business success and growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer relationships.
A. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans to drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for our B2B product.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders – product, marketing, technology, certification, risk, and legal teams to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
- Responsible for achieving business success and numbers (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for assigned categories.
B. Relationship Management:
- Pursue and drive relationships with Banks, PA/PGs, TSPs to promote our B2B product.
- Establish and maintain strong customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them efficiently.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Gain knowledge of market trends, regulations, and competition.
C. Product Enablement:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our company's products and offerings.
- Create business models and high-end decks with complete value propositions as part of product pitches.
- Work with product, certification, tech, and other internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on our products.
- Oversee and manage multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously in an effective and timely manner.
- Prepare dashboards and trackers to share with management on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure successful rollout.
D. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
- Customer-centric and analytical mindset to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
