DevSecOps Specialist

Role: Quality Assurance Professional - DevSecOps Expertise

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in QA or related positions, preferably within DevSecOps environments.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for application interfaces and operations.
  • Maintain quality gates and monitor code metrics using Sonar Cloud.
  • Track and resolve defects from QA findings.
  • Conduct thorough release readiness reviews and validate quality criteria prior to deployment.
  • Prepare and maintain audit artifacts for compliance and internal/external reviews.

Responsibilities:

Core Objectives
  • Ensure seamless integration and operation of QA processes within DevSecOps.
  • Support release coordination and enhancement deployment.
  • Provide training and support to team members on QA tools and processes.
  • Ensure organizational policies and standards compliance.
Security & Vulnerability
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting using tools like Sonar Cloud and Visual Studio.
  • Support audit readiness and escalate unresolved issues.
Collaboration & Support
  • Participate in regular QA reviews and collaborate with development leads, ops, and service teams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QA-related issues.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain and update system documentation and QA procedures.
  • Prepare weekly status reports detailing progress, testing tasks, and artifact collection.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge of static code analysis and vulnerability scanning (e.g. Sonar Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
