Senior Leadership Position - Finance Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to oversee financial operations across entities in India, US, and UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize financial statements for our entities in India, US & UK.
  • Audit and Compliance Management: Manage audits, controls, and compliances with regard to legal entities.
  • Monthly and Yearly Book Closing: Complete monthly and yearly book closing tasks, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll management for the organization.
  • Transfer Pricing Review and Compliance: Conduct transfer pricing-related reviews and ensure compliance.
  • Team Collaboration and Support: Coordinate and support multiple teams, including revenue and business finance.
  • Annual Financial Report Preparation: Prepare full sets of annual and half-yearly standalone and consolidated financial reports.
  • Team Development and Management: Lead team development and management initiatives.
  • Process Excellence, ERP, and Automation Support: Provide support on process excellence, ERP, and automation projects.
  • Internal and Statutory Auditor Coordination: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate should have a CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or related field.
  • Post-qualification experience of 4-7 years in corporate/consulting environment, preferably with global exposure.
  • Experience in startups, especially in technology-enabled spaces is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP, IndAS, IFRS accounting standards.
  • Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically Oracle NetSuite) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in automating processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
