Job Title: Junior Solution Analyst – AI

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Solution Analyst to join our AI for Delivery team. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements, document processes, edit prompts, and assist in configuring AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document requirements, processes, and outputs.
  • Copilot Studio Configuration: Support configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing.
  • Troubleshooting and Refining: Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Workshops and Adoption: Participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with eagerness to learn.
