The key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with banks for the sale of portfolios.
- Evaluating buy proposals for organic growth.
- Maintaining relationships with arrangers and counterparties.
- Preparing proposals/documentation for transactions from start to finish.
- Executing transactions end-to-end.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders and providing support.
- Monitoring credit/payouts for purchased portfolios.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in CA or MBA.
- 3-5 years of experience in front-end work with DA/PTC transactions.
Essential Skills Required
- Experience handling front-end DA/PTC transactions.
- Raised funds through DA/PTC in current role.
- Awareness of various regulations related to transactions.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Skillful in planning tasks and prioritizing work strategically.
- Good collaboration with various functions.
- Knowledge of buy-side transactions is an added advantage.
