About the Position

We are a pioneering health technology startup developing an end-to-end healthcare platform for hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices. The platform features hospital management software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration aligned with national health standards.

As a senior developer, you will build scalable APIs and microservices to enable this comprehensive healthcare experience. You will work on real-world challenges at scale and contribute to the product's growth from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.
  • Create and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Ensure security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasts with strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Node.js / Python.
  • Ability to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Excited to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.
  • Open to 2 months of structured training before taking on live projects.
