Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Landscape Architect with 8-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing conceptual and detailed landscape designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive landscape plans for large-scale development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design concepts
  • Evaluate local regulations and environmental guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Oversee the implementation of landscape designs at project sites
  • Review and validate specifications and quantity computations
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and resolve queries
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to meet project requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Landscape Consultancy and Real Estate Development
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, and softscape/horticulture
  • Familiarity with local development regulations and Environmental norms
  • Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills

Additional Skills:

  • Experience working on high-rise residential and commercial developments
  • Knowledge of sustainable landscaping techniques and certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED)
  • Passion for design innovation, environmental stewardship, and creating community-centric spaces
