The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors. They will lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance, driving strong employer branding and building a robust talent pipeline for niche roles such as AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.

  • Develop and implement a strategic workforce planning approach to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
  • Build and promote a compelling employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology, enhancing the overall candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, providing expert guidance on talent trends and best practices.

As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks, leveraging HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics to inform strategic decisions.
