Graphic Designer Position

The inCommon team is hiring a creative Graphic Designer to design and build high-impact ecommerce landing pages that drive engagement and increase conversion rates. This role involves arranging text, images, and visual elements into compelling layouts, collaborating with internal stakeholders, editors, and team members, and ensuring every page delivers a seamless and visually appealing customer experience.

This position offers the opportunity to utilize graphic design skills and software to create engaging visuals that drive sales and enhance brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create page layouts for ecommerce landing pages to drive conversion rates
  • Select and arrange text, images, graphics, and other visual elements to create a cohesive and appealing design that converts visitors to customers
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes throughout the project.
  • Use graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit visual content.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency.
  • Handle revisions and feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and meet project goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in designing, preferably with ecommerce pages
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.
