We are seeking a seasoned Bond Distributor to join our Wealth Management team at Antal International.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of distributing bond products to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. They should possess a deep understanding of the bond market, excellent sales and relationship-building skills, and a strong network of contacts in the wealth management industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions to distribute bond products
  • Build the distribution network of IFAs and MFDs for distributing products
  • Organize and lead offline events
  • Build and lead a team of RMs to develop the channel
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for bond distribution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on bond products to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for offline bond distribution

Requirements:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in wealth management, bond distribution, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B distribution of Bonds or fixed income products is preferred
  • True blue sales/wealth management role/Core B2B Sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in distributing bond products through both direct sales and peer-to-peer relationships
  • Strong network of contacts in the wealth management industry
  • Excellent sales, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the bond market and financial markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
