Adobe Target Developer

The Adobe Target Developer is a key member of our team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing personalized experiences and A/B testing campaigns across our digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including setting up personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
    • Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).
    • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEM).
    • Experience integrating Adobe Target with Martech tools (Salesforce CRM, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
