Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Fabric Operations Manager to lead and manage the finishing operations of our fabric mill. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and adherence to delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fabric finishing, leadership skills to manage large teams, and the ability to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the finishing department, including bleaching, dyeing, printing, washing, and other finishing processes.
  • Monitor machine utilization, efficiency, and workflow to optimize capacity.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure fabrics meet required customer specifications and international standards.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and waste.
  • Introduce new finishing techniques and technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Production Management or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in fabric finishing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in a reputable fabric/textile mill.
