Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

  • Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System within our operations & labs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, BIS, BPI, internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements across all testing, and inspection activities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the QMS to ensure its compliance to the requirements of ISO /IEC 17025, ISO 9001 & BIS.
  • Monitor and ensure that the management system is implemented in various departments and appraise the management on its effectiveness.
  • Lead quality audits (internal and external) and manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Registration of customer complaints and its resolution by organizing for investigation, root cause analysis.
  • Train staff on QMS requirements, quality procedures, and testing standards.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks for the tests carried out in the LAB through appropriate tools like retest, Inter-laboratory, Intra-laboratory, proficiency tests etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory management, preferably within petroleum or chemical testing services.

  • Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and laboratory accreditation processes.
  • Experience with auditing (internal/external) and regulatory compliance.
  • Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 is an advantage.
