As a System Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical business systems. This dynamic position involves collaborating with various teams to identify and resolve software-related challenges.

Your typical day will involve engaging in problem-solving activities, analyzing system performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of application support processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and provide timely resolutions to issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in this field is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform independently and become an SME
  • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for application support
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration (must-have)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management (good-to-have)
  • Strong understanding of server virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows environments
  • Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of Windows servers
Additional Information:

This position requires a minimum of 15 years of full-time education and 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. The position is based at our Gurugram office.
