Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
  • Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure smooth delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and provide clients with regular reports and updates.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell our services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and web design.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
