Job Opportunity: UI Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UI Designer to play a key role in designing intuitive user experiences across our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of user-centered principles (or willingness to learn), and the ability to translate complex features into simple, elegant designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing web and mobile UI screens for dashboards.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Ensure design consistency across all modules.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features.
  • Work closely with the UX team to improve user journeys and simplify workflows.
  • Develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalability.
  • Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI Designer (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles for both desktop and mobile.
  • Experience designing financial/fintech platforms or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on a part-time schedule.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with culturally aware design.
  • Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, or frontend frameworks.
  • Knowledge of 3D UI/Metaverse interfaces.
  • Ability to create design assets (icons, illustrations, micro-animations).
