Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Lead to drive the quality and information security management system according to ISO standards. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving our management systems.

  • Evaluate and improve the quality and information security management system according to ISO standards.
  • Draft and review policies and procedures within the management systems.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for certifications and accreditations.
  • Investigate non-conforming work and initiate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and SOC for security improvements and incident investigation.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports on management system performance.
  • Organise recurring events such as management reviews, supplier assessments, risk assessments, and business continuity testing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or Quality Assurance.
  • Certified internal auditor on ISO27001 or equivalent.
  • CISM certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing ISO9001 and ISO27001.
  • Knowledge in ESG preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Sharepoint Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Valid work permit for India required.
