Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at LIFE EDUCARE Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal and external cross-functional administrative duties at our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Principals in carrying out cross-functional administrative duties
- Handle queries and grievances of parents
- Manage physical infrastructure facilities, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Maintain school records
- Manage books and stationery, purchase, and distribution
- Manage the transport department and related activities
- Facilities management and general administration
- Management of school infrastructure and assets
- Administrative arrangements of various school programs
- Supervise housekeeping and security
- Manage essential services like water and electricity
- Manage budgets, logistics, and events
- Ensure effective utilization of resources by staff
- Periodic assessments of stock and records
- Work closely with different departments
