About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be part of a dynamic growth team that drives digital marketing strategies for various brands. The right candidate will possess excellent digital marketing skills, creative thinking, and experience in managing high-performing ads and measuring their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Create, execute, and optimize ad sets end-to-end on various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop innovative campaign ideas to share with the team.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with team leads to create and drive strategic initiatives to deliver highest returns on performance marketing spends.
  • Continuously track and measure campaign-level, ad-set-level, and ad-level performance, and come up with actionable insights.
  • Drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and cost per install (CPI) on a daily basis and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated on online marketing trends in the industry and apply best practices in your strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activities, and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets effectively.
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience in running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
