Job Description

We are seeking a Data Architect to design and develop scalable data architectures using cutting-edge technologies. This role requires strong expertise in Apache Trino (PrestoSQL) and distributed computing frameworks.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement large-scale data systems using Trino (PrestoSQL), Hive Metastore, Iceberg, Delta Lake, HDFS, Kafka, S3, GCS, or ADLS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data pipelines using Kubernetes or Docker-based deployments.
  • Optimize SQL queries for improved performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems.
  • Strong expertise in Apache Trino (PrestoSQL), SQL performance tuning, and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, and troubleshooting JVM-based applications is a plus.
