Job Summary

As a seasoned business analyst, you will lead the implementation of Oracle SCM applications and drive business value through effective configuration.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.\
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams.\
  • Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, and Transportation Management.\
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.\
  • Support end-users by clarifying project requirements and ensuring seamless integration.\
  • Validate user requests against system capabilities and data structures.\
  • Provide expert-level SQL query skills to inform business decisions.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and mitigate risks.\
  • Maintain security and compliance standards for sensitive information.\
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend innovative SCM solutions.\
  • Lead or mentor teams as needed.\
    • \
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\
    • 8–10 years of experience in Oracle Applications Consulting or System Analysis/Management.\
    • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.\
    • Deep knowledge of:\
    • Inventory Management\
    • Product Data Management (PDM)\
    • Demand & Supply Planning\
    • Shipping & Transportation Management\
    • Hands-on experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations (Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Demand & Supply Planning).\
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.\
    • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.\
    • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).\
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\
    • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.\
    • Experience in managing or leading teams is a plus.\
